Facial Recognition

An activation that tells the story of the collaboration between the University of San Francisco and Cisco through a digital interaction, championing their new technology.

Facial recognition is used by the University of San Francisco’s students and staff to ensure their safety and that no intruders are trespassing on site.

In this activation our audience are asked to register for facial recognition within seconds using the scan station. Once they are registered their portrait will be added to the mural wall behind the scanner, amongst hundreds of other participants. The player must see how quickly they can find themselves within the mural, if they become stuck they can simply stand beside the mural scanner and it will highlight them within the crowd.
