In The Loop is a website that encourages musicians to reignite their local music scene by collaborating with other artists within the area  creating more opportunities and outreach for these artists.

The website encourages artists with their own sound (or anyone just trying to find one), to experiment and collaborate with other people to create the perfect mixes.
